OMAR ZUBAIR
Some of Omar Zubair's recent projects include creating an evening-length score for the newest theatrical piece with the Wooster Group (Vieux Carre, which premiered at the Centre Georges Pompidou national art museum in Paris), developing a new perceptual-development-based (rather than knowledge-aquisition-based) education method that lead to an experimental course at the University of California, Berkeley that was co-sponsored by the new media and art practice departments, developing performative & interactive non-screen-based cinema that doesn't invite the viewer to look into a window to another world but rather co-habitates and activates the present lived-space (a recent permutation was presented at the Oakland underground film festival as a labyrinth, housing seemingly eco-utopian pods designed to develop an active engagement with the ever-present clouds of electromagnetic waves around us), doing sound design for a Lady Gaga music video with over 125 million views on YouTube ("Alejandro") and for a major soon-to-be-released Jeff Koons documentary.

UNICORNICOPIA
Natalie Elizabeth Weiss is a Brooklyn-based playwright, composer, performer, and DJ. Her original musical CAMP WANATACHI -- produced by Blue Man Group co-founder Ian Pai and Legend of the Seeker star Bridget Regan -- just completed a run at La MaMa ETC that was heralded as “hilariously subversive” (NY Magazine), “very catchy” (NY Post), and “uplifting and endlessly impressive” (The Advocate). Natalie also creates music as Unicornicopia, which is both the name of her band and her moniker as a DJ. Unicornicopia’s “danceable, insistent music that people will want to hear” (TimeOut NY), has been featured at PS1’s WARM UP, the Performa Biennial, Bowery Ballroom, LPR and Joe’s Pub to name a few. Projects include collaborations with members of Sepalcure, Psychedelic Furs, Fischerspooner, Santigold, ICE, Xiu Xiu, R. Stevie Moore, Teeth Mountain, Glasser, Skeletons, Janka Nabay and the BuBu Gang, Blue Man Group, Wooster Group, and Elevator Repair Service, as well as collaborations with cast members of Broadway's Spiderman, American Idiot, Mama Mia, Spring Awakening, Shrek, A Little Night Music, Fiddler on the Roof, Nine and Tintypes.
